I am a regular pessenger of your train,i am completely disappointed to find that the service provided is far from satisfactory.i write this letter to draw your attention to the matter in the hope that the present situation can be much improved.
As we all know,the punctuality is essential to the railway service.However,the train is delayed from time to time,which brings me much trouble and in convenience.The worst of all is the bad manners of steward and stewardresses.From their service,we cannot understand the saying’The customers are the Gods’.
I believe that you will take the mater into serious consideration and give satisfactory reply as soon as possible.I sincere hope that you will revienw your mangement system. I would glad to see the improvement of your railway service.
