Dear sir or medem,
I am a regular pessenger of your train,i am completely disappointed to find that the service provided is far from satisfactory.i write this letter to draw your attention to the matter in the hope that the present situation can be much improved.
As we all know, the punctuality is essential to the railway service. However, the train is delayed from time to time, which brings me much trouble and in convenience. The worst of all is the bad manners of steward and stewardresses. From their service,we cannot understand the saying’The customers are the Gods’.
I believe that you will take the mater into serious consideration and give satisfactory reply as soon as possible.I sincere hope that you will revienw your mangement system. I would glad to see the improvement of your railway service.

Mang college students have no concept of thrift in their mind. Then take it for granted that they can spend the money provided by their parents before enter into society.
Thin is extravagant spending is primarily caused by the following fators.First of all, most of students are the only child in their familay. They are the apple in their family’s eyes and naturally get more care and pocket money. In addition, wite the improvement of living standards, parents ca afford high expenditure of their children.
From my point of view,a college student,as a pure consumer, should tearn to be thrifty. We should limit our expenditure on daliy necessities and not buy whatever we want regardless of their pices. The habit of thrift can help us form right values and is favourable to our future development.
